Open Water Diver is the first recreational scuba diving certification level. You will learn foundational knowledge of the sport of scuba diving, practice techniques for breathing underwater, learn how to handle situations such as clearing your mask and recovering a regulator, and work on buoyancy control. We will start from the ground up, with a focus on safety, confidence, and fun!

The course involves eLearning at your own pace, as well as in-person knowledge development, confined water training, and open water training over 4-5 days.

The advanced course focuses on expanding your skills as a diver. You'll complete deep diving and underwater navigation specialty dives, as well as three specialty dives based on the local environment and your interests. A few great options include Underwater Photography, Dive Against Debris, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, and Underwater Naturalist.

Notch your skills up a level with the Rescue Diver course! Learn to identify and fix issues before they become problems. Skills gained in this course will help you gain a lot of confidence in your diving abilities and ability to assist distressed divers. And, you’ll have some serious fun along the way.

The Emergency First Response course includes instruction on primary and secondary care. You will learn how to respond in the critical moments between when a life-threatening emergency occurs and when emergency medical services arrive, including how to perform CPR, provide first aid that eases pain, assess and respond to injuries and illnesses.
